Orders and Delivery

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and the item(s) included in your purchase. Your order will be processed within the next 1-3 business days, and then you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

For domestic orders (orders processed for a delivery address in Jamaica), your package should be ready for pickup at the closest Knutsford Express within the following 3-5 business days after confirmation that your order has been processed. Once your package has left our warehouse and is out for delivery, you will receive an email confirming the address of the Knutsford that you should collect your package from. Please note that Rednarim will not be responsible for fees/ charges associated with the collection of your package from Knutsford Express or be held responsible for any loss/ damage packages.

For international orders (all orders processed for a delivery address outside of Jamaica), your package will be shipped with UPS and fulfilment of your order will also be dependent on whether UPS delivers to your country. Once your package has been dropped off at UPS, you will be notified and the UPS tracking information will be shared with you via email, within 24 hours. After the handover to UPS is completed, Rednarim will only notify you, once the package arrives in the destination country. From that point, you will be required to continue tracking your purchase to see when it becomes available for pickup, or when it is delivered to your local address. Please note that the estimated delivery time for international orders is 5-7 business days and Rednarim will not be responsible for additional fees/ charges or duties associated with the collection of your package from UPS or by your local government and any loss/ damaged packages.

Returns and Exchanges

Every lady in Rednarim ought to feel like her very best self, that's it, no excuses, no compromises. That said, if you're looking to return or exchange for reasons such as sizing, fit as well as for your preference, we are happy to help!

Rednarim ONLY facilitates returns for an account credit for future purchases or an exchange for another item of equal value, lesser value or greater value*. All items being returned MUST be in the same condition in which you received the item, and not be used, washed, otherwise altered. All items must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that Rednarim reserves the right to refuse items returned for any reason. To start a return, please follow the steps below:

DROP-OFF YOUR PACKAGE

Your package must be dropped off at the courier for a return/exchange within 14 days from the time your order was delivered. Our recommended courier for domestic returns (in Jamaica), is Knutsford Express. Please package all items dropped off at the courier, in its original bag(s) and box(es) to reduce or prevent damage to the contents while it is in transit to our warehouse. Items returned to us without the original package may be subjected to a fee*. Please hold on to the receipt you received from the courier; this is important.

EMAIL US YOUR RECEIPT

Your next step is to email a copy of the receipt that you received from the courier, to us: talkwithus@rednarim.com, as well as your order number or the phone number/ the delivery address used to place your order as well as the courier you used to drop off your package. Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or an credit for future purchases to your Rednarim account. Below, you will find details that shoud be included in your email when handling returns:

Please note that all items must be in a new/unused condition. This includes but is not limited to: no spots, no stains, no tears or holes or any other characteristic of the item purchased, that changes the look and feel of the way you received your order. Rednarim also reserves the right to refuse an item that was returned to us in an unsuitable condition or for any other reasonable reason.

If you are exchanging one item for another of greater value. The difference in the cost between the original item and the item of greater value will be sent to you in an invoice. If the invoice is not completed, you will receive a gift card amounting to the value of your return.

WE'LL KEEP YOU POSTED

You may then anticipate a response from our team within the next two business days from the time we received your email, confirming the status of your return. Your return request is typically completed within 3-5 business days after it is received by our warehouse, pending no delays.

Authenticity

At Rednarim, we invest a major portion of our effort and talent into delivering designs that are consistently executed in a magnificent way. This is important to us because it's what the brand was built on - helping women to discover, rediscover and replicate that confident, superstar feeling that one gets from wearing a well-constructed outfit that fits you the way you want it to, exactly the way you imagined it would. 


So, we believe it's super important that you're able to easily identify an authentic Rednarim product. Aside from the style and finish, there are a few additional details that can help you, we've added them here:

 

Packaging:  

Each item you receive in your purchase from our online store should have a slim, silky ribbon that encircles the garment. The ribbon acts as a seal and is an indication that the item you are looking at, has not been worn. Additionally, please note that once the seal is broken, you we will not be able to receive your return successfully. Please see additional details regarding our return terms under the Returns and Exchanges section of Client Care. 

Included in each Rednarim package, is a signed Quality Assurance Card from the team member who inspected, and released your order for delivery. The card will also have the Rednarim Seal with your order number and order date.

 

Labeling:

 

Each item will always have the Rednarim Tag inside of the product, which will include a unique lot number stamped on the tag. You can verify the product by reaching out to us, where we will be able to share additional details about the product in question. Please note that all Rednarim products , with the exception of custom orders are available for purchase, exclusively in our online store. To report the sale of fictitious products, or the resale of our products, please send us an email at talkwithus@rednarim.com.
